Questions about attending our concerts? We've got answers.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
In general, plan to arrive about 30 minutes before the concert is scheduled to start so that you have time to find parking, collect your passes or tickets, and find a seat in your section.

Will call and box offices will usually open about 45 minutes before the concert starts, and the hall will be open for seating 30 minutes before start time.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE LATE?
Since we record all our concerts, latecomers can only be seated during silences between pieces. Our volunteer ushers will ask you to stay in the lobby or vestibule until the piece or movement is complete, and will help you to find a seat quickly.

WHERE DO I SIT?
Seating is reserved at all venues, with Prime and General Admission options. Each concert venue has unique seating opportunities; see Venues for more information.

MAY I TAKE PICTURES OR RECORD THE CONCERT?
No - audio recording and flash photography are strictly prohibited at all times.

WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILABLE AT THE CONCERT?
Our venues have varying policies on the sale of food or drinks. Generally, concessions will be available in advance of the performance and at intermission for concerts at Bastyr University Chapel; concessions will not be available at Seattle First Baptist Church, Trinity Lutheran Church in Lynnwood, or St. James Cathedral.

WHEN DO I APPLAUD?
If we perform a work with multiple movements, it's traditional to hold applause until the end of the piece. There will be times that we ask that you hold your applause until the end of each half of the concert. Otherwise, please feel free to applaud as you are so moved!

HOW LONG IS A TYPICAL CONCERT?
Most concerts run about two hours, including one 15-minute intermission. The Family Holiday Concert is usually one hour in length with no intermission. We'll note any exceptions as needed.

OH, NO – I CAN'T COME AFTER ALL. WHAT CAN I DO?
